NOMS Bake Shop

NOMS Bake shop is a dessert specialty delivery service located in Phoenix, Arizona. Their business model revolves around deliveries with customizable boxes and logos. I was tasked to provide designs as an improvement over the existing cart & checkout path. The initial task on my part was to gather baseline data regarding usability scores via remote test cases. Gathering user insights provided a uniquely varied perspecitve on where users had their heads during the checkout process via problems & affinities. The next step was to work with business stakeholders to create a worthy userflow based on whiteboarding and wireframing the checkout process. Once the wireframes were established, I created responsive mockups to illustrate design specs to the development team. Finally, I tested the updated flow against the previous results and gathered usability data to showcase the value in the updated design. Be sure to check out NOMS HERE!
